What is a Second or a Sample?

Seconds and Samples are heavily discounted products listed for final sale as they are unique and imperfect - they are slightly flawed in some way.These items do not fall under warranty and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.If you love a bargain, this is the sale for you! If you are looking for a perfect item, please purchase from our selection of full-price items instead.

What flaws can I expect?

Please note, each and every item is unique and we cannot detail individual flaws, Some common defects you may expect are as follows: - Earlier editions of our bags without the most recent additions, eg - no side zip on  the luxe, no internal padding. - Small marks, all marks are small and not obvious. - Internal press stud that doesn't stay fastened. - Missing Change mat+ OTHER FLAWS OF SIMILAR NATURE.

All bags are brand new and unused. These manufacturing flaws may result in a bag requiring some maintenance or having a shorter life span than usual.
