Q: What’s the best way to clean my Arch Bag? A: It depends on the material:

• Canvas Bags: Made with waxed canvas and leather. Avoid machine washing and hot water. Gently brush off dry dirt, then spot clean with cold water and a sponge. For tough marks, use mild soap (test first). Let it air dry fully. The lining is waterproof nylon, which you can clean with water and a bit of detergent — just avoid getting detergent on the canvas.

• Vegan Leather Bags: Super easy! Just wipe clean with a damp cloth. No special treatment needed.

Q: How can I care for my Arch Bag to keep it looking great?

A: We recommend using a protective spray like Scotchgard on canvas and leather parts to help repel water and stains. It’s a small step that makes a big difference.

A: All Arch Bags are backed by a 12-month warranty. If there’s a fault with your bag within that time, we’ll repair or replace it. The warranty covers products used under normal conditions and doesn’t apply to general wear and tear or accidental damage.

Q: Can I exchange my bag if I want a different colour?

A: Absolutely! We know it’s hard to choose based on photos alone. Just email us and we’ll walk you through how to exchange your bag.
