How long does shipping take?
Current estimates from Australia Post are -
Standard Post - 4-8 Business days (NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, VIC), 6-14 Business days (WA, NT)
Express Post - 1-4 Business days (NSW, QLD, SA, ACT, VIC), 3-5 Business days (WA, NT)
Please note, these delivery time frames are a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. Postage delays do happen sometimes. You can check Australia Posts website for their current updates.
How do I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
What do I do if I think my parcel may be lost in transit?
Send us an email, info@archbags.com
We will contact Australia Post, they will then investigate the whereabouts of your parcel.
Unfortunately, occasionally parcels do go missing. This is why we have "Route Package Protection" as an option at checkout. If it is lost in transit, Route Package Protection will provide you with a replacement very quickly. We will guide you through the very simple process of making a claim with them.
To include package protection on your order please slide the Route package protection option to the "on" position at checkout.
Which shipping company do you use in NZ?
Australia post hands your parcel over to New Zealand Post. You can track your order on the New Zealand Post website using the same tracking number.
How long does shipping to NZ take?
Australia post standard shipping to NZ estimates 8-13 business days. This doesn't account for delays.
Do I have to pay import and duties tax on an international order?
ARCH Bags does not collect international taxes from customers, so the customer is responsible for any taxes or charges for import into their country. These vary widely depending on the country you are having your order delivered to.
